Gary Collins was charged with DUI today after last week's driving escapade. Collins crashed his Ford Explorer into a car that cut him off. Then both cars crashed into two parked cars.The 89-year old driver of the 2nd car is still in the hospital.
Collins could face up to 6 months in jail.
