Spears was charged on September 21 with one count of hit and run causing property damage and one count of driving without a valid California driver's license. On Monday, a judge ordered that ex-husband Kevin Federline get custody of the former couple's sons, in part due to Spears driving the children while unlicensed. Federline officially takes custody of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, tomorrow at noon. Another hearing in Spears and Federline’s custody case will be held Wednesday in Los Angeles at 1:30 pm. Spears’ friend Sam Lufti told us, “[Britney] is hoping the judge will reverse the order Wednesday, now that she is making steps to follow through with what they asked."
