Britney Spears may take another stab in rehab. She could be headed back to the Caribbean rehab facility where she infamously spent a whole 24 hours, back in March. It is reported that she is going to rehab in attempt to win custody of her kids.
If she decides to go, she could check in as early as this weekend.
