Britney Spears has been driving in CA, illegally since she moved to L.A. years ago. She has NEVER had a CA Drivers License. NEVER! She applied for one but never followed up with it.Although she doesn't have a CA license, she does however have a Louisiana Drivers License.
Some one needs to tell her that the LA on her license stands for Louisiana, not Los Angeles.
