Plastic surgery queen, Joan Rivers and her daughter, Melissa Rivers, who normally strut the red carpet for E!, have been replace with Carson Kressley and Guiliana Depandi.Rivers told Page Six, "How dare they! It's just mean and wrong. Are they out of their minds?"
