A few days ago, Britney confirmed that she will not appear at the Emmy's on Sunday, but she might have changed her mind. The host of the night, Ryan Seacrest has offered Britney a spot. "I am willing to give up my monologue, song and interpretive dance for her apology."Hopefully Brit will appear!
