Last night, "24" star, Kiefer Sutherland was busted for DUI. This is not his first offence. In 1989 and 1993 he was arrested for reckless driving charges, in 2004 he was busted for DUI, with a blood alcohol level above California's legal limit of .08, and plead no contest to drunk driving. He was placed on five years probation.So this latest arrest might land Kiefer in prison for violating his probation and drunk driving!
