Pam and Rick applied for a marriage license yesterday, according to KVBC in Vegas.

Sources say they could wed as soon as tomorrow at the infamous "Little White Wedding Chapel."

Salomon is best known for producing a co-staring in the Paris Hilton sex tape, "One night in
Paris" and was previously married to Shannen Doherty. Anderson was most recently married to Kid Rock and as two kids.

Victoria and David Beckham are in London right now, visiting David's dad, who is sick and had a heart attack earlier this week.

Letterman makes Paris mad

Paris Hilton appeared on "Late Night with David Letterman" last night, and is sorry she did. Letterman harassed Hilton about her stay in jail, and she wasn't having any of it.

At one point of the interview, and audience member yelled, "I love you Paris!" Then Letterman said, "Is that somebody you met in prison?" The crowed erupted in laughter. Paris then said, "I didn't come here to talk about this. That was a long time ago. Now you're making me sad that I came."

Letterman later apologized.

Papa Lohan to Utah again

Lindsay Lohan's dad Michael is going to Utah again to spent some quality time with his daughter.

Michael says Lindsay is "in a great great place right now. I've never heard her so honest, contrite and focused."

As a part of his visit, Michael will take Lindsay to an undisclosed location in Utah for outpatient therapy.

Kiefer offically charged!

Kiefer Sutherland has been officially charged with two misdemeanor charges for DUI.

He will be arraigned on these charges on October 16. Kiefer could go to jail for up to a year and a half.

Farrah's cancer update

Since her cancer has returned, Farrah Fawcett has (understandably) been laying very low.
Now, comes news that the Charlie’s Angel alum is in Germany seeking alternative treatments.

Craig Nevius, who produced Fawcett’s reality show Chasing Farrah and a friend of the star, tells People that that although Fawcett’s cancer has returned, her health has not declined.
“She was declared 100 percent cancer free and then it came back,” he says. “She was discouraged by the treatments she got here. The fact that it recurred after all that she went through was heartbreaking.”
The treatment Fawcett is receiving in Germany is not allowed in the U.S.

Lindsay not going anywhere

Despite rumors, Lindsay Lohan is not leaving her rehab center in Utah. Reports have been saying she will leave as early as this weekend, but that is NOT true. Her mom, Dina Lohan, tells "Access Hollywood" she is staying in rehab.

Crew member dies on set of the new Batman movie

A special effects technician was killed in a crash during production of the latest Batman film, The Dark Knight.
According to Fox News, the victim died when a truck carrying a camera platform crashed into a tree while following a stunt vehicle on Monday. The crash did not occur during filming and no actors were involved in the accident, which stars Christian Bale, Heath Ledger and Maggie Gyllenhaal.
The incident occurred during a test run at a racetrack near Chertsey, south of London.
The studio said that producers, cast and crew "are deeply saddened by this tragedy and their hearts and prayers go out to the family and loved ones of the deceased."

Kiefer Sutherland: Arrest number 4, DUI number 2!

Last night, "24" star, Kiefer Sutherland was busted for DUI. This is not his first offence. In 1989 and 1993 he was arrested for reckless driving charges, in 2004 he was busted for DUI, with a blood alcohol level above California's legal limit of .08, and plead no contest to drunk driving. He was placed on five years probation.

So this latest arrest might land Kiefer in prison for violating his probation and drunk driving!

Lindsay in the middle of another divorce!

A British heiress from a family worth $1.4 billion has started divorce proceedings after reports surfaced that her husband, Dead Stays Alive frontman Tony Allen, had sex with Lindsay Lohan while staying at the Cirque Lodge rehab clinic.

According to the Daily Mail, Stephanie Allen, 28, the packaging heiress whose family makes boxes for McDonald’s, filed 52 pages worth of divorce papers last week in in Savannah, Georgia’s Chatham County Court, identifying Lohan as one of the precipitators of the divorce.
In the claim, Stephanie, who is filing for custody of the couple’s 8-month-old twins, states that her marriage is “irretrievably broken" and points to Tony’s “adultery” and “cruel treatment” as grounds for the split. The papers also accuse the musician of being "guilty of habitual drug addiction.”
The lawyers do not name Lohan in the actual complaint but they refer to Tony’s "conduct and relationship with another woman,” and Exhibit 'A', which is attached to the divorce papers, includes articles claiming Lohan, 21, started a relationship with Tony Allen while they were both being treated at the Utah rehab clinic.
Lohan’s rep insists these allegations are untrue. “It’s unfortunate Stephanie Allen is blaming the demise of her marriage on Lindsay,” the rep tells Us exclusively. "Stephanie needs to look at her marriage to determine the reason why things went wrong because it has nothing to do with Lindsay. Lindsay and Tony are friends and that’s all. They are supporting one another through a similar experience. This is a friendship based on trust and mutual support and nothing else.”

The couple have been married since December 18, 2004, and started "living in a bona fide state of separation" about a month ago, according to the documents.
A large amount of money could be at stake in the divorce. In 2002, Stephanie's father and four sisters sold their packaging business Linpac, for $1.4 billion, while maintaining a $197 million stake in the company.
In the affidavit, Stephanie states: "My husband entered a drug rehabilitation centre in Utah...on or about July 11, 2007. After my husband's return from said rehabilitation I was bombarded by telephone call alerting me to the fact that my husband's conduct with another woman was on the internet and in gossip magazines.”

Another dog abuser:DMX

Rapper, DMX has been accused of beating, burning, and fighting dogs at his home in Phoenix, Arizona. Three dogs were found buried in his backyard. Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said one dog had serious bit wounds and another one had trauma to it's abdomen, and the third was burned so badly that an exam was inconclusive.

The investigation started on Aug. 24, when police were probing allegations of animal neglect. Police seized 12 live pit bulls, weapons, and marijuana.

"We have 12 dogs who were abused and three dogs buried in the yard...Someone is going to have to pay." Arpaio said.

Brit's Ex Bodyguard tells MORE

Tony Barretto, Britney Spears' ex bodyguard had an interview with London's News of the World and said Britney almost overdosed following her rehab stint earlier this year. He went on saying, "She has mental problems, and they are not helped by her taking drugs and alcohol."

Barretto recently filed a declaration detailing his former employer's drug and alcohol use in the child custody case between Spears and her ex-husband Kevin Federline.

In his interview with the British tabloid, Barretto also alleges that the singer almost suffered a drug overdose in a hotel room with singer Howie Day just days after leaving Promises Treatment Center in late March of this year.

The former bodyguard also says he was told about the singer's frequent nudity before he took the job. "Before I even started working for her, I was warned about her stripping," he says. "I must have seen her naked dozens of times and each time I've been extremely embarrassed. She strips off anywhere -- at home, recording studios and clubs."

Barretto maintains that it was concern for Spears' two children (Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1,) "Her children need attention, and Britney doesn't appear to be willing to give them that at the moment," he says. "She can't cope with being a mother, as she has such a low boredom threshold."

Britney currently under judge's order to submit to bi-weekly drug testing and must refrain from drinking or taking drugs at least 12 hours before assuming custody of her children.

Hilary Duff, who turns 20 0n September 28, received an early birthday present by her new BF, hockey star, Mike Comrie.

Mike told her to open the garage, and sitting there was a $100,000 Mercedes G-Class SUV.

We didn't think this month could get any worse for Britney Spears... BUT, it did! Today, Brit was charged with one count of hit and run, causing property damage and one count of driving without a license. She could go to jail for a maximum of 6 months.

Spears is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges on October 10.

George Clooney was in a motorcycle accident this afternoon, when his bike was hit by another car. He was treated for a hairline rib fracture and road rash at Palisades Medical Center in Palisades, New Jersey.

He was realeased shortly after being treated.

The shots, taken on an NYC street, show Davis carrying a bunch of shopping bags, then getting angry and striking out at Noth with one of the bags.

The film is scheduled to hit theatres on May 30, 2008.

OJ Simpson has been officially charged with eight felony counts by the Clark County District Attorney. Also, the three other defendants: Walter Alexander, Clarence Stewart, and Michael McClinton are being charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit a crime, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, conspiracy to commit robbery, first degree kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon, burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon, robbery with use of a deadly weapon, assault with a deadly weapon and coercion with with use of a deadly weapon.

Britney Spears has had a tough week. First she bombed at the VMAs, then her lawyer quit, then her manager dropped her, and today Britney may loose temporary custody of her two kids.

The Los Angeles Family Court may give full custody (albeit temporary) to KFed.

Britney's ex-body guard AGAINST her in custody battle

Tony Barretto, Britney Spears' ex-body guard, was sworn in today, as a witness against Spears. He claimes that Spears has many bad habits that affect her children including "drug use and safety issues, post rehab." Barretto says he is, "very concerned" for her kids.

Barretto started working for Britney when she got out of rehab, and was then fired on May 17.

Vegas police still investigating OJ

Las Vegas police are looking into OJ Simpson's involvment in a "armed burglary" in a hotel in Vegas.

LVPD says Simpson is cooperating and is not in custody.

LVPD has also confirmed that weapons were involved it the "burglary."

Simpson is still sticking to his "Sting Operation" story.

OJ was in a sting operation

OJ Simpson told The Associated Press today that a "sports memorabilia dealer" called him a while back, telling Simpson that he had a lot of his stolen property. The dealer told Simpson to meet him at the Palace Station hotel in Vegas to get his stuff back. (Simpson was in Vegas already to attend a wedding later in the week) Simpson claims that the stuff the dealers had was stolen from him and he was going to get it back.

No one was hurt and Simpson still says he did NOT break into the hotel room.

Lindsay not going anywhere

Recent reports said that LL was getting ready to leave the Cirque Lodge rehab center, but we know otherwise. Lindsay's people said she will "continue her stay at the residential facility for the foreseeable future."
