Despite rumors that the NYPD will be questioning Mary-Kate Olsen in connection with Heath Ledger's death, is FALSE! Sources say there is "absolutely no plan" to question MK.

An autopsy on Heath Ledger will be “completed sometime in the the early afternoon” Wednesday, Ellen Borakove, a spokeswoman for the Chief Medical Examiner's office, tells Us Magazine.
Ledger’s body was brought out of the New York apartment in a black body bag and loaded into the Medical Examiner’s truck at 6:30 p.m. tonight.
“We’re conducting an investigation,” she said.
The New York Times reported that signs pointed to a suicide and that Ledger was found “naked and unconscious on a bed, with sleeping pills — both prescription medication and nonprescription — on a night table.”

A housekeeper and the masseuse opened the bedroom and found Ledger.
They moved his body to the floor and attempted to revive him, but he did not respond, according to The Times.
They immediately called the authorities.
Police officials initially said that the apartment was owned by Mary-Kate Olsen, but that is NOT true.

BREAKIN NEWS:Heath Ledger Died

A New York Police Department spokesman says the actor Heath Ledger has been found dead at a downtown Manhattan residence, CNN reports.
Ledger was born in 1979 and grew up in Perth, Australia, where he discovered acting during high school. At 17, he moved to Sydney to get his foot in the door.
Ledger moved to America and gained prominence with the 1999 film Two Hands and a breakout performance in 1999's 10 Things I Hate About You.
The actor, 28, was nominated for an Oscar for his role in 2005's Brokeback Mountain. He was also known for his starring role in Casanova.
He split from Michelle Williams last September. They met on the set of Brokeback Mountain and shared custody of their daughter, Matilda.
Ledger was to star as the Joker in the new Batman movie, The Dark Knight, due out this year.

Two weeks after their romantic nuptials off Bora Bora in French Polynesia, Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds have called it quits (their wedding was never legalized).

“After much consideration and discussion, we have jointly decided that we will forego having a legal ceremony as it is not necessary to define our relationship further," he said in a statement obtained by Us Magazine.

"While the recent symbolic union in Bora Bora was representative of our deep love, friendship and respect that we have for one another on a spiritual level, we have decided to remain friends.”

Matthew McConaughey to be DAD!

Matthew McConaughey's girlfriend Camila Alves is pregnant with their first child, the actor has announced.
McConaughey's rep has confirmed the news exclusively to Us Magazine.

Zac Efron was rushed to the hospital today with appendicitis.

His rep tells us "He had his appendix removed and is recuperating."

Britney Spears arrived — and quickly left — L.A. Superior Court for the latest hearing in her ongoing custody battle with ex Kevin Federline.
Four helicopters, including one from the LAPD, hovered over her as she arrived in a black Escalade with Adnan Ghalib and Sam Lutfi. The group circled the parking lot before getting back on the 101 Freeway a short time later.
"Move back, I'm scared!" she was overheard crying before she left. "Stop it! Let me get back in the car!"

Security had been beefed up for Spears' arrival. Bike cops patrolled the front entrance, and about 10 police deputies stood guard.
Federline — who has sole and physical custody of the boys since the singer's scary hospital trip earlier this month — attended this morning's hearing.

Inside Britney's Breakdown

Sources say when the cops showed up, Britney was locked in the master bathroom with Jayden James. Officers saw Britney from the backyard holding Jayden, who did not appear to be upset. Britney refused to come out for nearly three hours. When she did, all she was wearing was panties. Britney was incoherent, screaming at the cops, "What the f*** are you doing in my house? I know who you are." She continued ranting, "I don't need your f***ing help." At one point Britney, whose moods swung wildly from laughter to rage to sobs, hollered, "You will do as I say."At some point Britney put on a see-through nightgown. Before police took her outside, they wanted to cover her with a sweater, and she screamed, "Don't cover me up. I'm f***ing hot."Britney's assistant and nanny were present during the standoff. At one point the assistant told the police that Britney had been "popping pills" all day. Her code for medication was "vitamins" and she repeatedly demanded, "Get me my vitamins!" Officers found a bottle of Prozac in her bedroom.Sam Lutfi arrived and told officers that he and the others around Britney "knew this was coming for a long time," but didn't know how bad it would be. The assistant also told cops that earlier in the day, Britney showed no concern about attending her deposition and would not heed her warnings to show up on time.Sam told law enforcement that Britney had been extremely unstable and had recently purchased a house in Malibu on a whim, began moving furniture in and then changed her mind.As for Jayden James, the reason cops took him to the hospital was because there was a small bruise on his leg. Britney insisted the bruise occurred on Kevin's watch. Police took Jayden to Cedars as a precautionary measure.We're told police will testify about the insanity at Monday's custody hearing.And one more thing -- the nanny told cops that Britney would frequently dress up to the nines for no reason. She would walk around the house and change back.

Donda West Had A Heart Attack

TMZ has just received the final coroner's report on the death of Donda West. The L.A. County Coroner has concluded that Kanye's mom died of "coronary artery disease and multiple post-operative factors due to or as a consequence of liposuction and mammoplasty." Plainly put, she had a heart attack after the surgery.

The report indicates her final manner of death "could not be determined."

The coroner says several things could have played a role in her death, but they could not say for sure what exactly killed her, adding there was no evidence that anesthesia -- or even the surgery -- caused or contributed to her death.

We've reported extensively that Donda West had cosmetic surgery the day before her death -- performed by Dr. Jan Adams, who was not board certified in plastic surgery. We know another doctor refused to operate on West before Adams came into the picture. The other doc had said she had a medical condition that made her a candidate for a heart attack.

The Coroner's report narrative states that Stephen Scoggins (Donda's nephew), a nurse with an advanced degree in Public Health, was called by a friend of Donda to go to the surgery center where the procedures were performed, because Ms. West was not "waking up soon enough.

"West died on November 10. We're told her family has been told of the results, but her family declined to release a statement.Story developing ...

Pam's Pregnant and Ditching Rick

The divorce between Pam Anderson and Rick Salomon is back on and Pam is pregnant!

You'll recall Anderson filed for divorce last month, but called it off just days later. But sources tell TMZ she is now moving forward with the divorce, even though we know she's pregnant with his baby.

Salomon has told friends he believes she is "acting crazy" because of the pregnancy and hopes she will settle back into the marriage. Interestingly in her divorce petition, Anderson asked for spousal support but not child support.

The couple were married in Las Vegas on October 6.

Britney WILL Get Help

TMZ has learned family members and professionals in Britney's life are working as a team to get her mental help -- either voluntarily or involuntarily -- for treatment of what appears to be a severe bipolar disorder.

We're told it's going to happen one way or the other, and fast. So far, Britney refuses to commit herself voluntarily, but the team is persisting.

Sources say they are considering "a number of options," some of which are "creative."

The most extreme option -- going to court and getting an order forcing Britney into in-patient treatment. That would be the last ditch effort.

If involuntary commitment is the only option, Brit must be picked up by cops -- again -- on a "5150," meaning she's a danger to herself or others. Then, while she's in the hospital, health care professionals can go to the County Public Guardian, who can then go to court and ask for what's called a "conservatorship." The conservator would then basically assume control of Brit's life.

If the judge grants the conservatorship, Brit could be involuntarily committed to a mental hospital. Again, that's not the only option and various alternatives are being discussed right now.

Lindsay is Being Sued AGAIN...WTF

The woman who was allegedly chased by Lindsay Lohan during the infamous DUI arrest last July claims she's racked up a big shrink bill to get over a bad case of the mean girl.

Tracie Rice has sued Lohan, claiming the actress terrorized her in a wild chase in Santa Monica. Tracie, who called 911 during the pursuit, has filed legal papers alleging she's already spent $3,500 in therapist bills at $175 a crack.

Rice also says she's spent $400 on a medical doctor, $145 on a chiropractor, $150 on medicine and two grand in miscellaneous expenses.

Rice also says she's lost her job as a result of the incident, and that she was taking in between $60 - $75,000 a year.

Are you f***ing kidding me! Therapy for being chased by Lindsay Lohan. I would pay to be chased my Lindsay Lohan. AND, how could you loose your job because of that incident?! AND why did Rice need a chiropractor? She didn't get physically hurt! This is WTF worthy.

Lawsuit Against Lindsay NOT Over

Lohan was driving her Mercedes down Robertson when it smashed into a van driven by Raymundo Ortega. The internet reports cite a document filed last month by Ortega's lawyer, Robert Klein, claiming Klein dropped the suit against Lindsay. Not true. The attorney only dismissed his case against Crossheart Productions, Lindsay's production company. She is still a defendant in the suit, along with the Ivy restaurant, which Ortega claims plied her with alcohol before the crash.

Why Brit Locked Herself in the Bathroom

Unimpeachable sources tell TMZ Brit pitched a fit that she had to attend a deposition in the custody case earlier in the day and she wanted "make-up" time with the kids that evening. Britney had visitation rights with the kids that day. She was supposed to surrender them to K-Daddy at 7:00 PM, but wanted two extra hours. K-Fed and his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, wouldn't allow it, so she locked herself in the house -- thus the stand-off.Here are the probs with Brit's theory. First, the reason her depo was set for last Thursday was because she failed to show the day before. Second, Thursday's depo was supposed to begin at 9:45 AM and go until 11:45 AM. She didn't show until 11:32, so the depo lasted less than 15 minutes. We've learned she only had visitation rights that day between noon and 7 PM. The depo ended at 11:45 and her house was only 15 minutes away. So she really didn't lose any time with the kids.

Does Brit Have Identity Issues?

Entertainment Tonight is reporting that Britney Spears spoke with a British accent during her short stay at L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center last Friday.
It isn’t the first time she changed her voice. On December 17, she spoke in the same accent while chatting with photographers outside the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills.

What does it mean?

“She’s having identity issues,” NYC-based psychotherapist Dr. Robi Ludwig tells Us Magazine of the pop star, who recently lost custody of her children.

“What it definitely says is she doesn’t really like being where she’s at — there’s probably a part of her that wants to escape who she is really is,” Ludwig says, adding that Spears is “in an adolescent mode of thinking ... [she’s] trying on different personas to see what feels good and works for her."

Britney's Car Impounded

The latest in Britney Spears' troubles: She had her Mercedes towed and impounded by police Monday night after abandoning it on L.A.'s busy Sunset Boulevard after suffering a flat tire.
SCN was there as an irritated and upset looking Spears, with a convoy of paparazzi following, suffered a flat right front tire while driving in Brentwood. After driving for over two miles on the flat, Spears pulled the car to a stop and abandoned the vehicle amid rush-hour traffic. LAPD spokesperson Mike Lopez says Britney’s car was impounded because it was “blocking the roadway.”

According to eyewitnesses at the scene, Spears and her assistant then hopped into a car driven by a trailing paparazzo, who drove Spears back to her Beverly Hills home. Within minutes, Spears left in another car and headed to the Four Seasons hotel in Beverly Hills.

An employee at Quicksilver Towing confirmed to Us Magazine that they have impounded her vehicle and will bill Spears a $104 towing fee, plus $32 for every day it remains in their yard. Should Spears not pick up her vehicle within thirty days, it will be put up for public auction.
