YES!!! Mischa Barton was busted for suspicion of DUI, possession of narcotics and driving with a suspended license, this morning at 2:45am. LA cop says she "was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn." When deputies pulled her over, they determined that she "was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage." Mischa was held on $10,000 bail and was bailed out today at 10:10am by her parents. More details to come...
